We treat every waste picker as a client. The waste they collect is measured, graded and paid for at fair market rates — transparently, on the spot. No delays. No deductions. No intermediaries extracting unfair margins.
Our micro-entrepreneurship model extends to transporters, who own their vehicles and operate as independent contractors with fair agreements. Dignity, agency, and fair compensation are non-negotiable at every node of our chain.
